Are ACAI products fully waterproof?
Our range includes both water-resistant and fully waterproof items. Our signature Thermal Outdoor Leggings are water-resistant to light showers, while our dedicated rainwear collection features taped seams and high waterproof ratings for heavy downpours.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How should I wash and care for my outdoorwear?
To maintain the technical performance of your gear, wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle without fabric softener. Air dry only—never tumble dry your ACAI garments as high heat can damage the technical fibers and coatings.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2 PM GMT are typically processed and dispatched the same working day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue with the quality of your garment, please contact our customer service team with photos and your order number for assistance.
